Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, for issues with quality ONLY. Items are made to order so returns are not typically issued unless there is a problem with the quality for example damage to the item. In which you will get a new item shipped to you. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for a reshipment due to quality issues. If you exceed your 14 days no refund or exchanges can be issued. Sale items are final sale.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Â

If your return is accepted, you must provide your own shipping for return and mail the item to the address above. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Â

Packages normally ship within 2-5 business days. Once a package has shipped Renari Boutique is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You must contact UPS or USPS for compensation.Â
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
